I acknowledge that Birds of Paradise Pole Dance Studio and its affiliates are not liable for the safety of my personal belongings during my attendance in class. I am aware that the classes at Birds of Paradise Studio may involve physical exertion and I am participating voluntarily with the understanding that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I agree that I, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will not take legal action or make any claims against Birds of Paradise Studio or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful, regardless of whether it was caused by negligence or not. I accept the terms mentioned above.

We do not offer refunds however, your instructor may offer alternative classes at their discretion.

The studio may consists of BIPOC who are queer, trans, disabled and sex workers.

Let's respect the space as we have been working to make sure we maintain a good relationship with our landlord and owners. So please clean up after yourselves.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for racism, transphobia. Whorephobia, misogyny, ableism, classism, homophobia, biphobia, fat phobia, ageism, or other discriminatory behavior. Please ensure that gender neutral language is used when referring to anyone. If you are unsure of someone's pronouns, please ask. If you accidentally misgender someone, please apologize and don’t linger on the mistake.

Never under any circumstance touch ANYONE without consent.

 

Everyone has a right to confidentiality.

 

You CANNOT take pictures or videos of anyone without asking for their explicit consent.

This is a strict drug free zone. Anyone found with drugs will be removed from the premises immediately.

If any violence of any kind ensues, we may be forced to call the relevant authorities.

 

Management reserves the right of entry.
